RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

SMALLOZ believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Thank you for shopping with SMALLOZ. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products such as perishable goods, custom products, or intimate items may not be eligible for return.
  • Please check the product page for specific return conditions.
  • Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • If the return is not approved due to conditions (e.g., damage, used condition), no refund will be issued, and the item may be sent back to you at your cost.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at care@smalloz.com within 2 days of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@smalloz.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale or clearance items are typically non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
